Charles has been serving clients his entire career, originally starting with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
He has specifically worked as an inside sales person and customer service person the last 5 years. He has served making service, billing, advertising and customer retention calls for customers all over the U.S. and Canada. Charles has a passion for excellence and strives daily to perfect his craft. He attends webinars, role-plays, coaches and reads everything available to him to excel in his profession.
