The light farm celebration marks the season of hay rides and a breezy weather.  This is also just in line with their fall festivities.  In order to enjoy the various organic produce, you are encouraged to come hungry.  The choices are endless, starting from the abundant locally grown produce of Johnson’s Backyard Garden to the different offers of local vendors.  There are also some farm-to-table food trucks!  Of course, the Light Farms will also be having a petting zoo, slides, face painter, game trucks, rock climbing walls and the classic hay rides.  To totally feel the spirit of this season, pumpkin decorating will also be in full swing during the duration of the event.  And as no fall day would be complete without football, Light Farms will broadcast a game between TX and OU.  This is surely a great bonding experience for the whole family.

Ray Roberts Lake State Park

Residents can easily reach the Ray Roberts Lake State Park, a wonderful natural oasis where one can enjoy swimming, boating, picnicking, and kayaking.

Old Celina Park
